„This location is poorly managed. I got to my one bedroom apartment and it was dirty, with thick dust over the TV, broken toilet paper holder, and broken sink panel. The overhead ventilation was covered with dirt ( I am highly allergic to dust), thick layer of dust, this is where bugs and mites thrive! Horriffic expericence with their staff, housekeeping, and someone named Brooklyn, Marizon, and Celine. No one cared about the filth, the safety issues or just regular things that should have been ...

„Good location, clean property and close shopping, coffee and restaurants. Just needs a little updating, feels a bit 80’s. But would say here again for sure! Has a pool but stayed in the winter so could use it of course but great to have for summer! Cute place! “

„My husband, my daughter and another couple and their kids enjoyed the stay. A space was very big and we had lots of room. The kitchen had all the appliances and dishware we needed. It was one of the hottest days in early August, so the air conditioning could have been a little cooler but overall we were fine. Christine, the host was very accommodating and responsive.“

„We absolutely loved it here! If you're looking to stay somewhere a bit more chill then this is the place to be. Everything we needed was within walking distance in Williams Bay and we were only a 10 minute drive to the main area of Lake Geneva. We will 100% be staying here again.Ps - there's a wonderful gentleman who lives next door who gave us all the ins and outs of the area.“

„It was in fact not pet friendly. I was asked to take my dogs with me to work during the day. This was a work trip and I could not take them to work. The entire purpose of finding a pet friendly hotel was so they could stay there while I worked. Logistically they should put pets in one part of the hotel and non pet guest in another. I do understand that people do not like animals that is their preference. My stay was cut short because this was not pet friendly. “
