„This is such an awesome place for a family vacation! Lots of places to play and hang out with family. We really loved the kitchen, screened in porch, fire pit, putting green a comfortable beds! The hot tub and pool table area was the favorite hang out spot for us!! We were sad to leave!!!“

„The Whistling Turtle Chalet is an amazing property! We had 5 adults and 5 children (ages 3-9) and so loved the spaciousness of the chalet, awesome movie room, toy area with futon tepee, fire pit, pedal boat, pontoon, beach swimming area and the list goes on! „We just love these cottages and the community. It is absolutely beautiful in the summer and winter. Everything is clean and this cottage had all the kitchen utensils and equipment needed. The only think is the upstairs area gets quite warm to due to fireplace having to be on. Maybe install another ceiling fan in the bedroom? We just loved our stay and can't wait to visit again.“

„This home was great for our short stay. We loved the large number of separate bedrooms and the large amount of common space as well. The house was very clean and had a very well stocked kitchen. The view of the lake is absolutely beautiful; unfortunately the lake was very murky and weedy so we were unable to swim at the property. There are a couple of swimming areas near by if you are willing to drive a little to get there.“

„This home is a great location for gatherings. It has 4 comfortable bedrooms and large open accommodating common spaces. Even though it rained almost our entire time the living spaces kept us having fun together at the large tables and great room style TV viewing room. We would have loved to have used the kayaks and canoe. Next time!“

Kids kept saying it was a “fairytale”. the well equipped kitchen and ample space made it convenient to host some friends for dinner who were staying nearby. We always look for unique lodging to make vacation extra special and Inge’s family cabin was a treasure. “
