« My family and friends came up for the American Birkebeiner ski race. We were unable to get into our usual place so thought we would try this place. It’s a very clean hotel with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We liked it so much we decided to stay again next year. »

« The lodge is a wonderful place to get away to birch trees and smell off clean pine air. Our lake view was amazing. The leaves were just beginning to show the onset of fall with few hues of red and orange. We took many walks around the property enjoying the woods and lake. The resort was quiet but people hanging out at the beach or fisherman taking their boats early in the morning. The pool and spa were used a few times. It should open early. The kitchen and dining were stocked to meet our needs....

« The location we had originally booked canceled our reservation due to selling property and issues with plumbing. Upon searching for something close we stumbled across this amazing property. Granted its not on the water like the place we originally had, but this location slept more people, was large, had 2 bathrooms, a cleaning room for fish, a huge kitchen, was decorated very nicely with outdoor theme, and the owners were very accommodating, easy to work with and fast to respond.
