„Arrived at property and was unable to get in. Called the posted number and someone answered but as soon as I said “hello?” they hung up. I immediately called again and it went straight to voicemail. After spending almost 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com they were unable to get the property managers to answer, either. I ended up having to make a new reservation altogether. “

„The communication was excellent. I received a response to my emails within 30 minutes if not sooner. The property was as described with a large area in the TV room where we could all gather and play games. Location was easy to find with enough parking spots for 5 cars. Check-in was super easy as they left the door unlocked so we could get right in. We arrived on Christmas day and as an added surprise they let us check-in at noon instead of 4pm. That was huge!! „My family and I had a great time at Lake Geneva! The property had everything we needed for a wonderful Christmas getaway. „This property was perfect for our family! Room is exactly as the pictures show, but even larger in person (much larger than a standard hotel room.) Check in was a breeze with Michelle meeting us out front of the building (they were even able to get us checked in a few hours early!) Appears the entire hotel has been updated and overall is very family friendly. The lake was perfect and had boat rentals right on the property. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice as well. "Ein super Hotel für einen kurzen Trip. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war auch sauber und hatte alles was wir bräuchten. Auch ein Babybett war verfügbar obwohl es bei der Hotelbeschreibung als "nicht verfügbar" angezeigt wurde. Also wirklich top! Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns die Frühstücksmöglichkeit. Hier gab es nur das Cafe in der Lobby, das leider nur eine sehr begrenzte Auswahl hatte. Außerdem wurde dort alles in einmal Verpackung serviert, so dass bei einem Frühstück zu zweit mit Kaffee und Croissant extrem viel Müll angefallen ist. Das ist aus meiner Sicht für ein nachhaltiges Hotel leider nicht sehr glaubwürdig. "
