„Cleaning left a lot to be desired. Windows were filthy inside and out. Carpet smelt of foist. Kitchen was ok after I had cleaned it. The shower was dangerous. It went from cold to scalding hot. Because the cubicle was small I couldn’t get out fast enough so scalded my arm. No warm water to wash in the bathroom sink. The door to the inside of the flat opened outwards so was very close to the top step.“

„Very handy location for our site work Clean property (although we didn't get the UV light out) Enjoyed our stay (not as much as Malcolm, see below)“

„Clean and tidy with good facilities, great for a week time work stay“

„Very clean, Tom the barman was very helpful. Not far to town centre.“

„A lovely quiet hotel. The room was enormous and had a brilliant TV. I just need a quiet sleep and a base whilst visiting sites. This was a good find. Thankyou“

„I've stayed here before - and come back. For me, at 88 years of age and no longer driving, it's better than the nearby 4 star Hotel. It's super convenient for my association with the parish church - Boston Stump, Saint Botolph, an easy walk from and to the railway station. Courteous and prompt telephone response for access to the Key Code access (Key Code is changed after visit). Recommended!“

„No communication ended up in hospital messaged them no reply messaged again no reply nearly week gone now still nothing from them “

„The heating wasnt working so we had to call up and turns out, the heating for the whole building was out so at 11pm we had to switch from cattle market to church lane apartment where we finally had heating but we were freezing.“

„A picturesque cottage and garden with very clean, well appointed modern facilities. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was very helpful.“

„Guter Stopp auf dem Water Rail Trail!“

„Just amazing experience near Coningsby. Super friendly owner of the Inn and charming personal for the breakfast service as well as in the pub. The food was great as well, especially the pie that for saved for me 😉 Worth a stay!!!“
