The water in the shower was cold two days and scorching hot one day and the temperature could not be adjusted. We tried to make changes to our reservation at the desk, but had to call the central booking number. So that was a bit inconvenient but they did let us use their hotel phone.
Convenient access to the train station to travel to London. The breakfast was expensive so we didn't buy it.
They said that the wifi was free in the lobby but it was dreadfully slow. We eventually tried the free wifi in our room and it worked great!
