« The Motel was as expected for a discount Motel. Definitely had a smell to it and the bed spread had cigarette burns in it. Unless this is the only option for the night like it was in my case, I would definitely choose a better Motel. Will not stay there again. »

« Water temperature has two settings, scalding hot and off. Hard to get a bar of soap. Two pancake pillows for a queen size bed and unable to get any more. Broken vending machine. Kitchenette in the room but not pots, pans, glasses, or dishes. No ice machines and no ice cube trays. No "do not disturb" sign for the door. Would not stay here again. »

« Not a bad hotel at all. They could heat up the coffee before 7:00 when people come in for breakfast. »

« It is what you pay for. However, we requested on Thursday that we needed to stay until Monday. He told us to just come down Saturday and add more days. However when we did that we were told our room was already taken and had to move to another room which was not a double, it was one king and we had to pay the additional. Poor customer service we tried to reserve and pay early and then what we were told was not honored. Most likely will not stay here again because of this. »

« We stayed in a handicap room. Accommodations were perfect. Clean room. Plenty of room in the bathroom. »

« Overal was great. My only observation is regarding to people in front desk, sometimes they're not making you feel welcome or their personal presentation is not completely adequate. As a good hotel those things makes the perception of the stay better. »

« Hilton staff is the best! From the front desk greeting and check in to the cleaning crew everyone is friendly and helpful. We always stay at the Garden Hilton when we travel to Kansas City. »

« The elevator did not work for our entire stay (eight nights). We were housed on the top floor. It was inconvenient. Guest services (personnel) were very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in an area with nearby (walkable) restaurants, coffee shops, grocers and movie theater. »
