« I booked a King Room and when I got there they told me my King was not available and that I needed to switch to a 2 queen bed room. They didnt even refund me money. I check online and the king room was more expensive. So why would they not value me as a costumer? why is someone else more valuable to get my room? money? Why did I get recriminated? I really think Holiday Inn was very wrong about this with no further explanation. My money is the same then every one else no matter they status. »

« The second I stepped out of my car and unloading my cooler I was instantly approached asking if I was staying there. I was and I was there for my birthday. So felt a bit disrespected. Planned to chill by the pool and have some drinks. He then advised I could not have my own drinks by the pool. So I chilled out by the picnic tables with my cooler waiting on my room to be ready.
