« Lock on my room was broken and they used duct tape to hold it together, holes in the curtains, cigarette burns in blanket, stains on ceiling, gaps in door. This was the wirst motel I have ever seen. They also over charged me claiming my Expedia charges were not correct. Above me there was 10 people sharing two rooms parting all night and throwing trash over the railing. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! »

« The staff was polite, helpful and friendly, he tried to help us by changing our room several times, one room we walked in and there was a roach crawling across the bed, the next room we tried the was a bed bug on the bed, sheets didn’t look clean and the window was broken and open, the third room was ok just a dead roach on the wall and the smell of drugs throughout the hallway smh!! By this time I was done and me and my family went to stay with other family for the night »

« Had no issue checking in and the staff was pleasant to work with. The room we reserved was clean, spacious, and provided everything we expected. The parking lot was well lit so we felt comfortable leaving some of the heavier gear in the truck overnight. Breakfast was great so we could fill up before a day's work. The room temperature was easy to set and we slept well during our entire stay. When we return the to area, this will be our first choice to check for availability. »

« They told me my reservation was no good and would not refund my money because they was already booked in full and had no rooms left. I did not stay due to this. He was very rude when he was telling me they did not have room for people like me. »

« When we arrived, it took 3 times before someone came to open our room door (the keys weren't working). The A/C in the room (room 108) wasn't working properly: it was hot in the room all night long. In the morning, the waffle machine wasn't working well either. I won't return there for sure. »

« La piscine est merveilleuse, le restaurant sur place est excellent, déjeuner avec un petit plus comparativement aux autres hôtels de la chaîne, un jeu de shuffle board et baby foot dans le lobby. »

« Ideal location along the interstate. Spartanburg is close and all the shops are close too. A few shops around the hotel, no need to take the car to have dinner. »
