« We had a little problem at check in as they weren't aware we were bringing a pet. The clerk was so helpful getting things switched around so we could be in a pet approved room. We were even upgraded to a suite! Customer service went above and beyond and we really appreciated it! Room was comfy and clean. We would for sure stay here again! »

« Check in was easy. Our room was very clean. A/C worked great. Location was great- a very easy walk into downtown Minocqua (just over a mile). The hotel let us park before check in and leave our car on a very busy weekend. Price was great. A solid place to stay in Minocqua! »

« We loved the welcome we received upon checking in. In addition, we liked the property enough to ask if they would have a room available for the next night, too. Though it was Cranberry Festival days with huge numbers of people arriving, they had one room available for us. The setting is superb, with the Eagle River Chain of lakes the setting. Peaceful, natural location. Highly recommend. »
