The property sits on a quiet pond, that was perfect for swimming and canoeing. We had our own little piece of paradise. Not exactly walking distance to most places, biking is possible, but we found that even in high season we could always find parking at the close beaches, Woods Hole, and Falmouth with minimal effort.
