„Das Zimmer war sauber und groß, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit “

„Roberto is the best! Also all staff were helpful. Sorry I forgot their names. If we asked for any item we immdiately received action or that item. Also we were talking about celebrating a birthday and the staff gave a urprise gift and other items to celebrate the event. Also they were great tour guides answering any questions we had. Also great in arranging for a taxi or Uber. Could not have had a better experience anywhere else!“

„DAS RESTAURANT UND DIE BEDIENUNG LASSEN ZU WUENSCHEN UEBRIG.“

„A quiet, quaint rest haven away from the hectic main city. Gorgeous decor, great breakfast, and sweet staff. I would absolutely stay here again.“

„The Alest is a beautiful, wonderfully staffed, gorgeously appointed hotel, in an ideal location. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the Alest and will definitely stay there on my next visit to Mexico City!“

„The employees were very helpful, and I found the hotel very clean.“

„Love the location, cleanness, staff attention, and 24-hour desk attendant. The only issue was the listing mentioned 2 bathrooms, but ours had only 1. However, I do recommend the location and would stay again in the future.“

„Beautiful new two bedroom apartment located in Palanco. The front is quite low-key, but the apartment itself is beautiful with excellent amenities, including a full kitchen. Great bed, mattress and linens. I would definitely stay there again“
