« The room was not what we had booked. No airconditioning, but a pedastal fan that ran for 15 secs every 10 seconds. It was an extremely hot and humid day and was a stuffy room. Many steps to the bedroom was rickety and very creeky. We got our money back and luckily found a motel »

« Arrivée en mode « sans contact » mais non indiqué au moment de la réservation. Arrive sur place, il fallait téléphoner à un numéro et nous n’avions pas de téléphone fonctionnel… heureusement d’autres clients sont arrivés en même temps et ont pu nous dépanner. Sinon l’endroit est agréable, la chambre un peu petite pour 4, mais un petit déjeuner gratuit nous attendait ce qui a été très appréciable! »

« Definitely not luxury, aged cobwebs in room, as well as insects. Mismatched towels/ face towels, basic Kmart bath mat. Spa had flakes coming off jets and no evidence of how it is cleaned between guests. Also in guest lounge of a night, no idea how to light the room except with the lamps, and also air con remote no where to be seen. »

« No issues with the room for one night. Few fixtures not up to standard, eg towel rail and shower screen roller wheels. »

« The cabin is equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful couple of days away, including a cooktop, dishwasher and spa bath. The views over the western escarpment are just magnificent. The location is close enough to the town centre to be convenient, but far enough to enjoy the serenity of the landscapes. »

« I understand that the place is very old, but I can't tolerate the lack if cleanliness. The carpet was old and full of dtains, my bedside table hadn't been dusted for weeks, something had been spilled on the front of the fridge, and inside the fridge, 1 spare blanket had stuff stuck to it and needed washing, and the whole placed smelled musty and nasty. A little TLC and the place could be nice. »
