« Had reserved this room 1 month prior and was paid for. After arriving, was told "we cancelled your room and there isn't anything available. there was a wedding. I'm sure its expedia's fault". »

« Dirty room. Carpet very stained up and left my feet sticky and gross. Ran out of toilet paper a couple of times in the middle of the night. Toilet plugged in the middle of the night and waited for a plunger until noon the next day. No elevator, so going up two flights of stairs to get to your room with a bunch of luggage, stroller, car seat, or baby made it very challenging. No automatic doors either, so the heavy doors slam on you as you’re trying to get in the door with your luggage and baby....

« Check in service was fairly uninviting and unfriendly. Entered our room (313) and the toilet was running. Could not get it to stop. Maintenance man was friendly, but definitely overwhelmed and overworked. Had to go to hardware store for parts, still unable to fix it (it ran all night and through our check out). He also replaced a broken bulb on tall lamp. Stains on bedspread, couch, and desk chair (which also had lots crumbs stuck on it). The final frustration and YUCK factor was one of the...

« The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in was fast and easy. We enjoyed dinner in the attached restaurant. The owner mingled, asked if we needed anything, more than once. Breakfast was good, eggs, ham, pancakes, and waffles available. This is the third time i have stayed here, and definitely will again. »
