« Several security issues - the front door deadbolt didn’t work. The back slider door didn’t lock - it just had a stick. The owner later told me a stick was the most secure way to lock the door. Nope, a lock is, sir. The upstairs rooms locked from the inside and there was not a key to unlock. There was trash piled up outside. I have rented quite a bit with vrbos and this really did exceed my expectations. Owners were also great with communication. »

The location is peaceful, the beach views are excellent, and the kitchen/dining/living space is beautiful, all with clear views of the ocean. It’s a comfortable home with a lot of natural light and a beautiful outdoor sitting area that we enjoyed.
