« Nice marina view and nice bay view from the balcony. Not a great space for family of 4. It’s very tight. The Sofa pull out bed was very uncomfortable. This is better for one or two people for a night or two that are going out on a fishing charter or something like that. »

« Some cleaning misses: 3rd drawer down in kitchen and behind the couch and scattered areas of the carpet. Heavy comforters too much for old ladies. A few extra blankets would have helped. Right kitchen sink drained slowly and the freezer couldn’t get ice cream above soft serve. Needs a better selection of nonstick pans or better scrubbing utensils. Great Location!! Thanks. »

« The location is Excellent. We have stayed at the one bedroom (1st floor) which was excellent 2 previous times The 2 bedroom was a bit disheartening. The property was on the 2 nd floor ( difficult climb up) for ppl with hip and knee issues. The spare blanket in the closet had an oder. The furnishings were no not as impeccable as first floor accommodation. Overall is was okay for the price. »

« Overall, we had a great stay. The location is hard to beat—you can literally walk across the street, head down the stairs, and you're on the beach. We also had a great sunset view between the two larger hotels nearby.For anyone traveling with dogs, the fenced backyard is a huge plus. We didn't leave our dogs out there unattended, but having a secure yard made the stay much easier.The only real downside was the cleanliness when we arrived. It looked like a husky or another long-haired white dog...

« This property is the perfect combination of luxury accommodation and convenience. The condo is beautifully appointed with comfortable couches and beds, kitchen is well equipped and the large garage is a definite plus on the coast.You're going to be right on a paved path to walk either to South Beach Park or the Aquarium ( Rogue Brewery just happens to be on your way ). You'll enjoy a full, unobstructed view of the bay - not to mention the sunsets! Driving north or south -no problem. Heading...
