  • Welcome to our stylish duplex villa Tarazet 1 in the modern and new complex Serena Villas in Playa Blanca, the ideal retreat for an unforgettable vacation. Our three-bedroom villas are designed to offer maximum comfort and functionality, with spacious, great interior design and bright areas, to ensure a perfect stay.

    On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with direct access to the outdoors, ideal for relaxing after a day of sunshine. It also includes a private full bathroom for your total comfort. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and two sharing a second bathroom, designed with modern, functional materials.

    The villas offer panoramic views of Playa Blanca and the Natural Park of Los Ajaches, allowing you to enjoy unparalleled sunsets and a peaceful atmosphere. Outside, you can enjoy your own private heated pool, where you can relax and cool off at any time of day. Additionally, the complex features a communal pool, perfect for socializing or enjoying a day of relaxation.

    From the upper floor, you can access a solarium with ample extra space, where you can sunbathe in total privacy or enjoy the views in a calm and exclusive environment.

A lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a more relaxing holiday. From the moment we booked, the communication from the villa company was excellent – friendly, prompt and really helpful throughout. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's in a lovely, peaceful area, making it the perfect place to unwind while still being close to everything we wanted. Our children absolutely loved spending time in the communal pool, which was a real highlight of the holiday. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and would happily stay again. Thank you for helping make our family holiday so special!

TARAZET 1 - all perfect

The house is spatious, well equipped and with the heated private pool it offered perfect location for my family vacation over 2 weeks. Check in and out were easy with the key box. Surroundings is calm, modern and there is even bigger pool suitable for swimming. The guest service was great, almost immediate response to all my questions, very friendly hosting. We liked it very much.

Tarazet 1

We had two wonderful weeks in the property. The service of Buenavilla was outstanding, all three service requests were answered in a short period of time. The property is brand-new and located just a few walking-minutes near from the beautiful Papagayo-beach. I can only recommend this property and we cannot wait to come back to Lanzarote.
