Villa Marejada is an attractive 3 bedroom villa located in the popular resort of Playa Blanca. Less than 200 metres from the pebbly Las Colorades Beach, you’ll also find a choice of eateries and bars within easy reach. A scenic 20 minute stroll along the seafront brings you to the beautiful Rubicon Marina, with a great choice of waterfront eateries. This semi-detached villa offers stylish, contemporary furnishings, a sunny pool terrace and views across to Las Colorades Beach from the first floor bedrooms. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the living area and first floor bedrooms are included.

Villa Marejada has a good location in the popular resort of Playa Blanca, just a 2 minute walk from the natural pebbly beach of Las Coloradas. The shopping centre is a 5 minute walk away, with a good choice of restaurants, shops and bars. A picturesque 20 minute walk along the coastline brings you to the stunning Rubicon Marina, with a wonderful choice of restaurants and bars overlooking the sea. The beautiful, sandy Playa Dorada Beach is a 5 minute drive or 35 minute walk away, while the centre of Playa Blanca can be reached in a 10 minute drive or bus ride.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.
