Wir waren das 4. Mal im YAS ( Vorher: Yas viceroy). Von der außergewöhnlichen Architektur abgesehen, wird das Hotel hervorragend geführt: Personal, vom Poolboy bis zum Night Manager, ist so nett und hilfsbereit! Was uns nicht gefällt, aber das ist Geschmackssache: der Empfangsbereich wurde vom WYAS umgestaltet: für uns ähnelt es einer Jugendherberge, schwarz und weiß und kalt. Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen.

Very nice and big room with nice Balcon and view on the track and marina. Big plus: king size bed and good housekeeping. They upgraded our room, no charge. Check-in and check - out was ok.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön mit toller Architektur direkt an der Rennstrecke. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Personal beim Frühstück war total überfordert, es hat teilweise sehr lange gedauert bis Tische abgeräumt waren oder fehlende Geschirr- oder Besteckteile wieder nachgefüllt waren. Schade

This place was great and we had an amazing time. The food in Garage and Amici was delicious as was the room service food, we didn’t try the other restaurants. The gym facilities and spa was good and helpful. The room was clean and spacious whereas the bathroom was disappointing due to the see through windows and glass which was very disturbing. The views were immaculate and the location was amazing to be very close to the F1 track and many attractions and theme parks. On the other hand we felt as if the free shuttles were quite misleading as they always seemed full and we had to waste many dirhams on taxi service to and from our destination.

Awful. Unless you really like noise. Not wholly the hotels fault that they are surrounded by the F1 racetrack bit when we booked we did not know it was a race weekend for other cars. Continuous noise from 09:00 to 23:30. And them the nightclub across the bay keeps going to 03:00. Don’t come here if you want piece and quiet and relaxation

Excellent stay if no pub noise
We'd a bad experience as first because the every night music noise created by Irish pub which is opposite to our hotel. It started from night till 3-4 am every night. We can't resist even having ear block while our kids can't fall sleep all night. The next night, thanks for the hotel mgr, Ms Gurjar, we were moved to another suite which is fabulous and sleep well. Overall, hotel room is much bigger than average and is closed to every theme park (without 5 min drive by uber). Highly recommend. Only concern is that hotel mgmt has to deal with marina bay mgmt to see how to reduce the noise created by Irish pub. Even we shut all window, it can still hear every single word of the music. It's absolutely a noise for every room guest who stay the room facing to marina bay. I've no idea how such a big sound from the pub where pub visitors can hear anything except the music. Indeed, it's not necessary to have a such big volume music which affects hotel visitor and the residents living nearby

There are a lot of noises at the hotel from the car raising and loud music, I was not able to sleep well.

It was great very busy obviously with peak vacation time. Check in counters had clusters of people with two check in counters during high traffic.. Breakfast was extremely busy and understaffed, irritated and exhausted staff at the peak of breakfast timing.. if a waiter sees you’re attempting to call them they skip you pretending they didn’t even see you. Not once but 4 times we experienced this.. other than that all was in order.
