"Another amazing stay at the Lakes Hotel and Spa! We were upgraded on arrival and had a room with a lovely hot tub! We were also picked up in the Bentley as we walked back to the hotel at night time- the staff really can’t do enough for you and the cocktails are amazing!"

"We came back late from a long walk in the Lakes and realize arriving in our room that they gave us a room with no blind or curtain !!!! "Despite the renovations going on, our stay was not affected. The room was lovely with a great view of the lake, thr view from the restaurant and balcony were amazing, The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely like to visit again."
