"This hotel is very well placed in Kawasaki, our trips to the center of Tokyo were very manageable. We slept very well, but we didn’t mess with the air conditioner even if we were a little cold. The washing machines were not very effective, we had to do the drying part ourselves in the end unfortunately. Overall we had a lot of fun staying here, we would definitely recommend!"

"Wonderful hotel, but as other reviewers said made to feel like a criminal for having a small tattoo at the spa. The irony is that my tattoo is Hawaiian and this is supposed to be a resort honoring Hawaiian culture. I followed instructions and covered it up, but I was only allowed to use the onsen at night (exceptionally) when all guests had left - I wasn’t allowed to use it the day after despite having paid full price for spa use."
