Hotels nahe Yonkers Raceway (Yonkers)

Daher keine Empfehlung. “

„We didn’t give us what we paid for“

„Hotel is an overstatement. This place is a motel. Arrived from a trip around 12:30 am and they didn't have my room ready. Made me wait an hour before the cleaning lady arrived to clean a room for me to sleep in. Which sleep is something you might not get. Paper thin walls and again this is a motel so you hearing everything going on.“

„Though the privous occupants refused to vacate the property in time but the landlord was suupportive went out of their way and provided a refund option and an alternative...we took the alternative which happen to be better than the originally booked property ... Will use this management and property owner in our upcoming short terms rentals.....“

„C completely misrepresented did not stay there far from a luxury apartment advised to check into a different location no code or communication prior to check in time at 4 PM. Received emails and poor communication after 6:30 PM apartment smelled very musty and like a dead body was inside, extremely unprofessional and horrible experience. “

„LIARS! these people take your money, when you go check in you'll find they aren't the real hosts. and house is already rented long term. NOT A TRUE LISTING!“

„This place is a scam.“

„My experience did not match the listing. I was asked to make payment outside the platform and the check-in process was not clear. I would not recommend this property. ⸻ ⭐⭐ Balanced Review The property did not meet expectations. When I arrived, the check-in process was unclear and the home appeared to be partially occupied. I was also instructed to make a payment outside of Hotels.com instead of using the platform. This caused confusion and concern. I would suggest the listing be ...

„This is a scam and at the same time others guest’s was there for same booking but we can’t get any feed the property support and we returned from the property and kids suffered a lot!!!“

„Alles war gut. Zimmer sauber. Personal freundlich.

Nettes Personal. Lage sehr gut mit Anbindung nach Manhattan.“

„I was asked by your staff to pay a $100 security deposit on April 10th. This transaction has been processed and cleared from my bank account, but I have not yet received the refund! And nobody answered my messages! The breakfast is terrible. It’s been seven days without a single vegetable, and they serve the exact same thing every day! The housekeeping service never replaced the hand soap. Over seven days, we only received two mini soaps for three people! Unbelievable.“
