He offered me an upgrade to a balcony suite for which I was most grateful after a long trip. Hitesh was also at the desk on my departure and checked if the nights stay was comfortable and all the amenities were sufficient. „Exhaust fan cover broken & rattled when switched on. Freezer section of fridge did not freeze - frozen items melted. Rooms should be inspected more often for maintenance etc. Stay was ok only.“
