Dear Mysteri,Thank you for staying at the Lodge and sharing your personal experience and expectations. I am very sorry the hot tub was down during part of your stay and the effect it had on your overall time. Our pool and hot tub are brand new as we took advantage of the 2020 and 21 years so it is frustrating that this can still occur despite brand new equipment and courtyard areas. You are correct we do not have a full spa atmosphere on site, other properties offer full spa in Yountville do, and might be more appropriate if our courtyard, pool, fire pits and spa treatment room is insufficient or not offering full range of options for everyone.We appreciate your understanding and wish you a great holiday season with friends and family.Warmest regards,
