„Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage.

„Very new refurbished hotel so all in excellent new condition. Each room has a Dyson hair dryer. Breakfast buffet has a great selection. Very clean and helpful staff. Some rooms are a little louder as they don’t have sound proof window glassing and it’s right next to highway. Room service is very limited and I ordered in the restaurant as I couldn’t work it from room. Didn’t try out the pool but it looked amazing.

„Hotel is overpriced, a bit dated, old carpet with stains…. Rooms are very small due to the nature of the building. Worst of all was the michelin star restaurant that served a 1000$ meal with undercooked fish and only thing was an apology and free desert to compensate for 3 fishes completely undercooked. Rest of our stay we dined outside and is not worth any michelin star. Breakfast is very nice however.“

„Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff and in a cool neighborhood“

„Wunderbare 2 Wochen hier verbracht. Tolles Hotel, tolles Personal!“

„Too many guests in Horizon club lounge“

„Gute Hotel“

„We had a very pleasant stay at the Swissôtel Grand Shanghai. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The service was professional, and the facilities were excellent. A great choice for exploring Shanghai, and we would happily stay here again.“

„Good location, amenities, thoughtful service. “
