Vielen Dank im Namen unseres gesamten Teams, dass Sie das bemerkt haben :) Deshalb geben wir zu, dass in Kroatien eine starke Rauchkultur herrscht. Dementsprechend erlauben wir das Rauchen im hinteren Bereich unserer Bar, die mit einer wirksamen Belüftung ausgestattet ist, so dass auch Nichtrauchergäste eine angenehme Zeit in der Bar verbringen können. Das Rauchen in anderen öffentlichen Bereichen, Zimmern, Badezimmern und Fluren usw. ist strengstens verboten. Jeder Gast ist beim Check-In über alle Richtlinien des Hostels informiert. Obwohl wir alle Arten von Veranstaltungen in unserer lebhaften Bar organisieren, sind Komfort und Schlaf der Gäste, die nicht an unseren Aktivitäten in der Bar teilnehmen möchten, für uns von großer Bedeutung. Unsere Bar hat eine wirklich gute Schalldämmung und wir nehmen ständig die Behauptung auf, dass Musik nicht zu hoch gespielt wird. Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns auf all dies aufmerksam gemacht haben. Dear Jerry, Thank you for your reservation. We are a hostel with a bar in the lobby area. We have something happening every night at Hangout bar in the hostel lobby. Also, you can check out Timeout hotel just a short distance away from us. We have a bar and a nightclub over there aswell! Kind regards, Mateo

Dear guest, Thank you for your review! We are sorry you experienced some inconveniences during your stay here. As you may know, Croatia still has its own currency (Kuna), and nowhere in Croatia is possible to pay in euros, which includes bars and restaurants as well. At the reception we accept credit cards (visa, maestro, mastercard), but our bar unfortunately only takes cash. As we are located in the city center, there are various exchange offices and ATMs in a walking distance from the hostel, and our lovely receptionists would give you all the information and help you out. We hope for the next time we can help you a bit more with some issues you may have. All the best from Chillout team! :-)
