Good hotel for short time visit
The hotel is located centrally at the end of the main shopping street. It had parking lots and it was quiet. Breakfast is great and the rooms are ok for a short time visit.
We had the rooms on the lower level next to the breakfast room. In my room the heating did not work and also the power was not working. In the morning at 7 am there was very loud disco music from the breakfast room and time of sleeping was over. I knocked at the door but they didn't hear me (obviously as it was too loud). I spoke to the receptionist before I went to breakfast and the she was very kind and called the restaurant and apologized. Before we left the room for breakfast a waitress came out of the restaurant where the music came out in the morning (meanwhile the music was more silent) and seemed a little shocked as she stopped for a second. At breakfast I told her that the music was very loud and she said that it is not true and that I need to understand that their day starts at 6 and just like the music is normal. So if you stay at the hotel in rooms on the lower level you need to know that the night is over at 7 am. Instead of just apologizing friendly and having a happy guest, she annoyed me telling me that I was not telling the truth (who was waking up from the loud music?). Sorry but that is not guest friendly and maybe some teaching of service is needed.
In total the hotel is ok to stay as it is close to the center, has parking lots and a great breakfast.
