« Vue merveilleuse. Calme. Environnement très agréable.Cependant, la piscine est à 18 degrés ce qui pour nous l’a rendu inutilisable.Le nombre de couverts est franchement insuffisant.Enfin, l’éclairage dans la cuisines et pièce de vie n’est vraiment pas suffisant. Nous avons du mettre le lampadaire sur la table pour y voir à peu près lors des repas. »

« The property is absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the mountains. The pool had a pleasant temperature and colorful birds came to visit every day. It is very private. The house manager is super helpful and responsive arranging for cooks and drivers. We enjoyed our stay. »

« Wow this place was HUGE!!! This is a mansion near downtown. There ere like 8 beds at least, a giant courtyard inside, everything was clean and the host got the property ready in one day after our previous reservation did not give us check in information in time and I had to book somewhere else. They had it ready so quickly and Ms Cruz was so nice when we arrived. Don’t miss on this place. The only downside is there is no AC, but we didn’t get too hot at night. Maybe adding screens for the doors...

« Belle maison, aménagement extérieur très bien. Ustensiles, vaisselle, chaudrons, petit four et cuisinière sales. Le four ne fonctionnait pas. Infiltration d'eau dans la petite chambre suite à une averse. Oreillers sales à changer. Siège de toilette non vissé. »

« Emilio is a wonderful host!! He was prompt with all communication even before our actual trip. The home is beautiful! It met well beyond our expectations. The kitchen was huge and accommodating for our 8 guests. Each room had its own bathroom which gave everyone privacy. The beds were so comfortable. Bismarck the guard/keeper of the property was so wonderful, helpful and kind! I would most definitely visit this home again when I’m Coata Rica. All of us loved it!!!! »

« The property management is extraordinarily easy to work with. They have an extensive knowledge of the area. We have stayed multiple times and have never been disappointed. Scarlet Macaws and green parrots visit as well as numerous lizards and other birds. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Great place to relax and close to highways if you want to visit San Jose. « My daughter and I flew to Costa Rica for a long weekend to visit my son who is in college in San Jose for the semester. This property was perfect for our little reunion. Plenty of space, beautiful views way up in the hills, and a pool. The owners were very helpful and charming. Liked that the house had a local flavor and not generic like most hotels and many other rentals were. Nice restaurants in town. Was central to our day trips. »

« This property is stunning! Photos properly represent the home, which has a prime location, just a 20-minute walk to Atenas. We enjoyed relaxing in the infinity pool, sitting on the expansive balcony while soaking in peaceful views of San Jose. Nestled in a gated community, this home feels safe, and is located in a very quiet, private area. The Kitchen is very large and is great for cooking meals at home. « A magnificent villa offering a splendid view of the mountains. an intimate garden surrounded by palm trees where it is good to swim and sunbathe. This is our second visit and enjoyed it even more Piet served us well with the first grocery which was already at the villa when we arrived and transport us to the airport. We enjoyed the gardener, his wife and the family very much. Warm, endearing, discreet and very helpful people. It was a perfect stay with lots of sunshine! »
