„This is a tip off. We booked the hotel affitcamere in the City Center, however they did not have a room for us and shipped us off to a Hostel Outside the town (Same owner). This is unacceptable. Although we could not get what we paid for it was not possible to cancel the reservation. Never again!“

„There is no front desk. Once booked you need to reply to the message from the Hotel to facilitate your entry. The place is close to Milan Central. That way it is very convenient.“

„We had a one-day trip on the checkout day. The staff was very helpful to let us store our luggage into a locker so that we didn’t have to take our luggage with the trip.“

„Very well located. Sparkling clean. Comfy bed. Not much more to ask for.“
