« The house is in excellent conditon with mementos of its past and Arlene is a provides lively conversation on the history of the surrounding area. The Spurs and Lace is in close proimity to unique shopping, dining and Garden of the Gods. A very enjoyable stay. »

« Staying at this B&B is a pure treat! There is nowhere you could possibly find a better view. Ann Marie and Dane prepare wonderful breakfasts and great conversation and service. It is off the beaten path so if you love quiet and nature and beauty then this is the place for you. Be sure to leave time to enjoy the experience of being there. You will have regrets if you are just looking for a place to crash for a night. »

« Great rooms. Breakfast top notch. Buena Vista a nice small town with lots of activities nearby including Golf and Fishing. Only issue was no Air Conditioning, warm in the late afternoons (June) and early evening until it cools off since you are high up in the mountains. »

« I’m not a B&B guy but we were on a 5500 mile motorcycle trip and wanted a two night rest stay in this area. Pictures of the Green Room looked perfect for a rest and there was no disappointment. The host was gracious and there was no weird B&B vibe. The home was truly special… just the whole thing was first rate. « Here for a girls weekend to see a show at red rocks —- we loved the Dino Den. Beds were comfortable, breakfasts were delicious and cooked to order. Hot tub was spotless and easy to use - thick fluffy towels and robes … Our shower handle was loose and can use an adjustment but a simple screwdriver would help Would absolutely return ! »

« Wonderful experience. Dennis and Judy are very nice hosts and I had a very good time. The house is close to both the center of Golden and the School of Mines which is a very good spot if you have to work there. »
