« My wife and I (and our little dog) had a wonderful time in Donna's place along the Gunnison River. In mid-May the river was quite full and fast. It is only 50 feet out the back door with chairs on the back deck or a swinging seat in the yard overlooking the river. As mentioned in her description we had deer walking thru the yard every day. « This place needs a good deep down cleaning & some much needed repairs. It worked fine for our needs, but we washed any dish we needed to use before using it. Cobwebs in many places. Like the cleaning crew only hits the high spots & not very good at that. Paid too much for the place since it is in need of so many repairs! The pictures make it look much better than it is. »
