« The house is in a fantastic location right off of the main strip (and close to the best pizza). The house is clean and just the right size. It had a dedicated parking spot and was very easy to access. We had all of the instructions we needed. The only downside was a lack of fan (and even though we were so high up it still was a tad warm) and we were right across the street from a bar which got super loud (but to be fair it was a Saturday night and we were most likely the only ones planning on...

« We loved the entire stay. It was comfortable and close to so many things (food, shopping, freeways). The suggestions of the hosts were phenomenal and just added to our adventure. Loved the hummingbirds. Will go back when the treehouses are finished! »

« My son and I had a great stay here. It is in a quiet neighborhood with panaromic views.Its great for active families as it is in close proximity to Red Rocks. « Every detail of the house shows thought and care. Easiest rental and so convenient for my conference at Colorado School of Mines. Loved the convenience of walking almost anywhere in town. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and the location helped immensely. »

« We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there.
