« Staff wasn’t very friendly. Over priced for a crappy hotel. It seemed as if the hotel didn’t have but a handful of clients. I arrived early and was over charged for an early check in fee. That’s really bad bc it wasn’t like they had to go clean the room quickly! The room had a musty odder. Small tv. The sheets were stained. Crappy small bathroom towels. I had to ask for extra pillows bc they only gave two for a king bed. It took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot enough for a shower. I...

« I was booked into a room for one night that the sink was broke no running water. Yes, very inconvenient. The front desk manager Anquarius said they would give me a discount. No sure how that would work. »

« Very clean, newly renovated and the staff was pleasant. Very unique hotel and it’s a part of the history of the town. If you must stay in Elberton, stay here. »

« My only observation was breakfast. The line was long and very slow and the food almost gone , even though still early (around 7:30), so by the time we got to be served there was not much variety of food and we could only choose one kind of drink, if I wanted juice I couldn’t have a coffee afterwards. But other than that everything was perfect. Staff were very nice and friendly. The shuttle’s crew very polite and on time every time. »
