« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « Spacious room with honestly the most comfortable bed we’ve had in years (including upscale hotels). Hot tub is enormous, plenty of room for all. Would like to see outlets added by the nightstands, but otherwise a super comfortable stay. »

« Room was clean, and the staff courteous. I do have to say that the hot tub had either way too much chlorine or something weird was going on as it bleached my daughter's swimsuit from an olive green to a pale yellow. It's not a new swimsuit, so any color bleed should have been thoroughly delt with. »

« Our stay was good. The room is super cute, quiet and clean. My only issue was the light on the patio outside door (obviously a necessity) it shines bright into the room above the curtains. That's a me problem though, didn't bother my husband but I need my room dark. Across the street, there is a lil produce shop and burrito place:) everyone very welcoming »
