« The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. The water pressure in the bathroom sinks was terrible, but the shower was a bit better. The fan did not stay on consistently, which left the room stuffy and at night woke us up coming on and off. The hallways were very warm and stuffy. The Jacuzzi wasn't working, which was disappointing. The staff was great. »

« What beautiful spot to spend the night as my husband and I were taking a roadtrip up north. The room was cozy and clean, with the sound of the river to fall asleep to. I woke up early, enjoyed my coffee on the balcony, and watched the wildlife wake up while the sun rose over the hills - including a bald eagle! We will absolutely be back in the future for another peaceful getaway. »

« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « There was a layer of dust under the bed that was years old and the sign outside had blinking lights that shown through the blinds that were annoying but the worse part was the shower. Mold and mildew. I wouldn’t step foot in that shower it was so gross. »
