« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « Peaceful and quiet in early April, nice heated pool and hot tub. Sadly nothing hot for breakfast aside from waffles, but i assume that was because there wasnt many people staying at the hotel. Ill definitely book again! »
