« Seems like it was great in its heyday but on the downswing. Valet services were definitely understaffed at peak times making valet fees well-overpriced. Indigents constantly panhandling around the hotel making it pretty scary after dark. Two of three elevators were out of order increasing elevator wait times at a very busy hotel. »

« The room was nice and clean. The lobby was clean and cute. And the breakfast was good »

« Holes in the walls, vandals hanging around outside and it’s 11pm outside the front entrance and the staff allowed it. Loud parties in the main entrance on the 19th with people yelling when I just drove 8 hours and I was exhausted. »

« This hotel needs a serious upgrade. We reserved a queen “suite” which was literally a queen room, with a sofa bed with a fridge and microwave. I’m still trying to figure out what made it a suite. We had to book another room to accommodate our family. And then there was mold! Quite a few rooms had mold… visible mold throughout. Then there was a leak in the ceiling. Wouldn’t recommend or return. »
