« The check in was fine. Room looked fine. However, when my husband lay on the bed we found the mattress was cracked about a third of the way across. Never seen anything like it. We don’t even know how someone could make the bed like that. Did no one report this cracked bed? Why would they just rent that out? But for sure we would not be able to sleep on that so we requested another room, which was given. That room turned out to be the one we had noticed earlier had an open door. We check the room...

« No carpet which is okay i guess. Stains were on my wall. It just didn’t have that 100% comfy feeling. It’s like a step down from a holiday inn but this room was more expensive so I was Elden ring to be a bit better but it wasn’t. Walks were thin too, you could hear and feel people walking in the hallways and in other rooms. It wasn’t a deal breaker tho »

« There was rust coming from the grab bar in the shower and the sliding shower door would not stay closed. Also, the TV remote barely worked. The toilets are too low for someone with bad knees. »
