« Needs serious updating. Door window frame to our room is broken. Blinds are broken/malfunctioning. Room and lobby smell musty. Check in staff did not explain how to get to location of our room—we were told to “go to the three buildings” for your room. That part was correct, we found the three buildings. However, we were on the bottom of three floors and parking around the back side was where we should’ve parked. We had to figure out which building and which floor without any signage to help us....

« Loved this hotel, very cute, upscale and clean. The rooftop bar was a huge bonus and was so nice to have in the same location. Location was excellent and walking distance to everything! My only complaint was the parking garage is detached from the hotel, so a little confusing on where to park, where to go in, how to get parking credited, etc. »
