« The pool opens at 9am, in order to reserve a Cabana you have to wait for the bartender to arrive at 11am. We sat at one for 2 hours waiting for the bartender at the main pool, made the reservation with her to then be told that it was double booked and we would have to move to the smaller, more secluded pool. This was incredibly frustrating considering we were there right at 9am to make sure we got the one we wanted to enjoy the DJ for the day by the main pool. The two morning bartenders were...
