« Rob is so helpful making sure our room has the proper amenities for my physical disabilities. The rooms are always clean and organized. My adult son enjoys the swimming and sauna pools. Whenever we have chosen to eat breakfast, there is always a wide selection of food to choose from. The breakfast staff bends over backwards to accommodate guest's special requests. »

« The staff were helpful and nice. For the discounted price accommodations were clean and very nice. Exterior trim needs a refreshing but I’m not complaining. However, the breakfast staff were incredibly slow. We nearly walked out but the couple before us did walk out and we were seated next. Honestly, the staff should have been able to handle the amount of tables but were not efficient. We had to get up and find silverware and napkins for ourselves even though it was wait to be seated full...

« I reserved a two queen bed suite when I arrived I was told their queen suites where all taken in fact, they told me that all the rooms that had two queen beds were all booked. I told him that I had reservations for over a month that I couldn’t have just a king bed. I had my daughter and granddaughter staying with me. after 15 minutes I was put in a room with two queen beds no mirror in the bathroom no towels. I’m not even sure the room was clean before we got in there other than the beds were...

« There was no breakfast on my last morning there. Which is supposed to be included in the price I paid for. Rooms are decent but no microwave is included and there was no body wash in the shower. only shampoo and conditioner »

« we loved the beds and they were so very comfortable. The staff was amazing except for letting us know that breakfast ended at 9 AM instead of 10 AM during the week so we missed the first breakfast but made it the other days. »
