„This was a wonderful location, walking distance from bus lines, restaurants, bars, and other shoppes. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The air conditioning worked well, lighting was fine, and the bed was very comfortable.“

„The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is safe. We stayed one night for a wedding in German Village, so it was very close and we Ubered to and from the venue. It was perfect for our stay. House does have central air and the downstairs was comfortable, but the bedrooms were a bit stuffy. One bedroom did have a window unit, but no ceiling fan. (It did have a portable fan). The other bedroom had a ceiling fan but no window unit. I would still recommend this house to ...

„The property is well maintained. Very clean, modern amenities, and nice central location. Private parking at the back of the property also a great feature. Brad was very easy to work with.Our only concern was the surrounding area. There was something going on late into the night on the street. It was really loud and the one bedroom faces that street so our guest didn’t get much sleep. And then at about 3 o’clock in the morning there was an exchange of gunfire very close by. That was unsettling.“

Didnt feel overly safe going out at night.At night there were groups of people congregating on street drinking in 2 different areas.Car with smashed window was parked outside out house each day. TV did not even have basic sports available. Upstairs was very drafty and cold.“
