« This space was perfect for our needs! »

« This property has a big kitchen and living room area. The rooms are nice and each have their own bedroom. The house is clean and bright, decorated perfect without being over decorated. Steve is great to work with and responds quickly. This would be a great place to stay for Softball, basketball or soccer tournaments. Or even mountain biking competitions. »

« Look no further and book this place! Brand new, super clean, prime location, and barely costs more than a hotel. SO worth it!!! Melanie was a perfect host—communicative, responsive, and even accommodated a late check out! Their furnishing and everything is very thought through with everything you need and even black out curtains. Plus the master closet is perfect size for a pack n play which made having our baby in our room so much easier. Covered parking. We will be staying here again for...

« Great little property alongside the river. Great location, close to Capitol Reef and other natural attractions in the area. The unit was very functional, family friendly and the host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend to others as well. »

« This is the perfect place to stay in Ephraim! It is clean and well maintained. The location is right off the Main Street and within walking distance of nearly everything. The Host is fantastic- very responsive and helpful. You have covered parking space and access to a full gym. It has everything you need! »

« We stayed here with another couple, we enjoyed the location and the simplicity of everything around. We ate breakfast at the Wild Rabbit Cafe in the morning which played into our satisfaction of the location. Anything we needed was within walking distance. »

« We were spending two days exploring Capitol Reef National Park, and this apartment offered a very convenient location only 10 minutes from the entrance. It’s also right by some good cafes within walking distance. The apartment was pretty spacious and filled with comfortable furnishings. »

« We had the perfect stay in Lyman! This getaway is super clean & comfortable. It’s also so quiet, we slept like babies after long days of hiking. Don’t hesitate to book this getaway. We loved the country feel. Just gather some groceries in Torry or Loa and enjoy the sunset. »
