„Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun. A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. „I loved my stay at Nova M Hotel. The room was lovely with big windows and a nice view of the Abaya Mall. The staff were all really helpful and went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. „Made a mistake and reserved the Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh instead of Jeddah. I arrived only 2 min later at the reception in Jeddah - they contacted the Riyadh hotel, but they showed zero support or flexibility. No cancellation possible. I asked if I could at least change the date and come another time - they also refused. I would have expected a more customer friendly approach from the Ritz-Carlton.“

"Bei der WLAN-Verbindung gab es Probleme – viele Apps, zum Beispiel ChatGPT, konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Die Nutzungszeiten des Fitnessstudios waren für Damen stark eingeschränkt. Trotzdem hat mich der Gym-Leiter freundlicherweise hereingelassen, obwohl es außerhalb der offiziellen Damenzeiten war. Besonders bemerkenswert: Er hat nach seinem regulären Feierabend noch 35 Minuten auf mich gewartet – das war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend. Eine Stornierung war leider nicht möglich. Die Wäschereinigung war enttäuschend: Es wurde nicht zwischen Normal- und Trockenwäsche unterschieden, wodurch sich die Farben einiger Kleidungsstücke verändert haben. Insgesamt ist der Preis im Verhältnis zur gebotenen Leistung vor Ort zu hoch. Die Zimmer sind zwar in Ordnung, aber sehr einfach und schlicht eingerichtet. Das Hotel wurde renoviert . Die Frühstücksauswahl ist gut."
