Sehr angenehmes Appartment, sauber und mit allem, auch zum Selberkochen ausgerüstet. Esfehlg sogar die Nespresdo- Maschind inkl. Kapseln nicht, toller Aufenthalt hier, sehr ruhig gelegen und Nähe zur Matterhorn-Gondelbahn. Besten Dank den Gastgebern!

We always try to stay flexible when plans change for guests, but calling in the morning and cancelling the last day is a bit too short notice even for us. 景色はいいが…
2階の部屋に泊まりました。駅から20分と坂は覚悟していましたが 坂が想像を超えた坂だった。電子レンジ 湯沸かしポット ケトル 小中サイズ鍋が無く お湯を沸かすのも ミルクを温めるのもいちいち大鍋で沸かすしかなくこの上なく不便だった。洗面所からの配管がベッドルームのタンスの裏に繋がっているらしく 水を出すと部屋が物凄く臭くなった。外から帰ってくると窓を全開にしなければならない日もあった。また 帰ってきても臭わない日もあった。 ワイン1本サービスがあった。 ベランダからのマッターホルンの眺めは文句無しであった。

We regret that you were not satisfied with your stay. Zermatt is a mountain village with many hills, but there are many ways to get to the house, which are not so steep and the house would also be easily accessible by local bus. Regarding the equipment, we always try to respond to the wishes of the customers, a call or an e-mail would have solved these problems for sure and we would have brought you the pans or a kettle (which should actually be available) as soon as possible. The view to the Matterhorn is unobstructed and free on all balconies in the house Andorra, do not understand this point of criticism. We thank you for your visit Kind regards

Fantastisk vy mot Matterhorn
Mycket trevlig och välplanerad studio med en fantastisk utsikt mot Matterhorn från balkongen. Lägenheten var välutrustad med induktionsspis (fyra plattor) samt ugn, tre kastruller, en stekpanna samt tre ugnsformar och gott om köksredskap, bra kyl och frys samt diskmaskin. Fina toalettartiklar. Wi-fi fungerade utmärkt. Boendet ligger hundra meter från en av de två busslinjer som går i Zermatt, det tar ca 10-15 min till tågstationen. I stort var vi väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse. Det enda vi har att anmärka på är att det i köket fanns sortering för tre typer av soppor men extra sopsäckar saknades och information om hur sopporna skulle hanteras inte var tydlig. Vidare, fanns det i badrummet en något obehaglig frän lukt.

Appartement fonctionnel
Séjour de 3 nuits. L'établissement est bien situé en haut d'une côte très très raide que l'on peut contourner en prenant les cars de la ligne rouge car ces derniers arrivent juste au dessus de la montée. L'appartement est fonctionnel, propre, mais il a eu l'énorme désavantages d'être situé au rez-de-chaussée....adieu donc vue le Cervin et bonjour à tous les occupants des étages supérieurs qui passaient devant nos fenêtres. L'accueil est correct mais pas transcendant non plus, aucune informations spontanées par exemple sur l'utilisation de la carte de réduction. Mais bon, rien de dramatique non plus. Par contre, le wifi est optimal, les chemins de randonnée sont à proximité et lorsque j'ai eu besoin d'une photocopie de la quality card sommer, mon interlocutrice ( Sibylle) a été d'une rare efficacité. En somme un séjour au calme satisfaisant sans être inoubliable.

コストパフォーマンスの優れた良いアパート
７月初旬に４泊しました。 絶賛です。宿泊費の高いスイスでコストパフォーマンスの優れた良いアパートだと思います。 （予約後は返金不可が唯一難点ですが、それでも、次に来る時もここを予約したいと思います。） 駅から歩いて１５分から２０分かかりますが、散歩と思えば気になりません。。 クライン・マッターホルン行きロープウエイ乗り場までは緩やかな上り坂、ロープウエイ乗り場手前の道を左折してからは約５分のちょっと急な上り坂です。 最初のチェックインの時は駅前でタクシーを捕まえるのをお勧めします（荷物を転がしながら登るのは大変）。チェックアウト時は下り坂なので徒歩でもOK. アパートの室内は結構広いです。又ベッドは（昔映画で観たことのある）壁収納型でした。 調理道具は一通り揃っていますし、コーヒーメーカーもあります。（カプセルを挿入するタイプで、カプセルも結構な量が無料で置いてありました。） 特筆はベランダ、真正面にドドーンとマッターホルンが鎮座していて、朝早く目が覚めると山頂の朝焼けも拝めます。周囲は静かな村です。 チェックインは、入り口に張り紙があり、客の名前と対応する部屋番号が記されていて、その部屋（鍵はかかっていない）に行くと鍵が室内に置いてあります。 チェックアウト時は、室内に鍵を置いていくだけです。 滞在中何も問題はありませんでしたが、何か問題がある時は、１階に管理人の女性が住んでいて対応してくれる様です。

適合全家休息放鬆的民宿
室內裝潢格調非常高雅，廚房設備齊全適合下廚，環境十分安靜，從房間陽台即可遠眺Matterhorn日落及日出美景。雖然距離火車站有點遠但公車接駁十分方便。這次住了四晚，下次還會選擇這民宿，也推薦給來策馬特的旅人。

Excellent stay
We stay here for 4 nights and love this cozy place. The apartment is clean and spatial. Everyday we enjoy the stunning Matterhorn view in the balcony (Should have glass of wine, haha). We like the kitchen very much as all stuff are ready for cooking. Also two very nice sauna rooms are provided to all guests. Really give me a relaxing time to stay here.

Great apartment with spectacular view of the Matte
We wanted a place to stay that was close to the lift to take us to the base of the Hornli Hit trail. Our apartment was a five minute walk to the Furi lift. It was easy to walk to the central part of Zermatt. We could catch a bus back if we were too tired to walk back. The bus stop was only a few minutes away from the apartment. They had a-wonderful sauna and steam room downstairs. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

행복한 시간이었어요. 방에서 마테호른이 바로 보여요. 처음에 트렁크 들고 체크인할 때 버스타고(스위스패스있으면 무료) 이동하면 좋아요. 다른 날은 걸어다니기 괜찮았어요. 주방도구들도 다 잘 갖추어져 있고 매우 깨끗해요. 네스프레소 커피머신이 있어서 테라스에서 커피마신 시간이 좋았어요. 체르마트에 다시 방문해도 가고 싶은 곳이예요. it was a happy stay. I can see the Maternon right in the room. When you first check in with the trunk, it is good to get on the bus. It was okay to walk around the other day. The kitchen tools are all well equipped and very clean. I had a Nespresso coffee machine and enjoyed the coffee on the terrace. I would like to go back to Zermatt again.

Ideal apartment in a lovely area
Ideally located in a great part of the town for the lift system, although a 15 minute walk brings you into the centre. The apartment is located up a small incline but the bonus is a view to the Matterhorn.The apartment has everything needed to enjoy your stay with full cooking facilities and a wellness area in the basement.would definitely consider staying here again.

Great room, great view. Super close to the lifts up to glacier paradise and the pistes. Decent 20 min. walk from train station. Be prepared for uphill hike with your bags or hire a taxi to get to the room. when you arrive, check the sign on the door by the mailboxes for your room assignment. then head straight to your room. the door is unlocked and ready for you. Highly recommended using the coop grocery to save some money on some food or Swiss chocolates. Recommend the bubble for restaurant by the bridge near the church and museum. Also recommend Gees restaurant.

A superb stay in Zermatt
Stayed 4 nights. Very happy with spacious studio. Fabulous view of the Matterhorn! Well equipped apt. loved the Nespresso maker. Large balcony. Bit of a hike up the hill, but once there & you get your bearings, it's fine, very quiet. Or get the red line bus, drops you a few yards away, easy walk down to town. One tip, when you arrive at the station, aim for the bus to take you there & ask driver, as you'll never find it first up, or get a taxi, bit more expensive.

Clean, Comfortable and great Scenery.
This was a great place to visit and we were very comfortable. Caretaker was very helpful and friendly. It was nice to have some home comforts around. Our room was on the ground floor and we had some outdoor chairs and a table which we were very happy to use. There was a bus stop a few minutes walk away which was very handy.

Excelentes departamentos, muy bonita vista, tamaño ideal, cuentan con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Super modernos y en perfecto estado. La pasamos increíble! Zermatt is very expensive. 100cf for a ride up and down the Gondola is ridiculous and other trips are equally silly money, but there are some beautiful walks you can take through the valleys for free. The flowers are amazing.

Great Apartment, good location if not steep hill!
WE went to Zermatt for a short Ski break (4 nights). The booking and access was smooth and easy (once we realised it was all open and all we had to do was walk in!) Location to the gondala is great, though it is a very steep hill about 150m and took 10 mins. The apartment was very well equipped and view of the Matterhorn was fabulous. WE used Doraz Sport for ski and boot hire at the gondala station where you can leave your equipment over night in the heated room so did not have to walk with boots or carry them up the hill after the skiing - PERFECT. There is the bus stop just up from the apartment near a great bakery. Yes the town is far away - about 20 min walk but location to the gondala makes up for it. My only petty criticism is that due to the hard wood floor and interconnecting door we had I could hear the neighbours talking, drying hair, moving chairs etc but given the price and location I would go there again.
