« 1h d'attente pour le chek in pour se faire dire que nos 2 chambres ne sont pas prêtes et on a voulu nous tasser pour donner des chambres prêtes à d'autres clients .....J'ai refusé....Je leur ai demandé de nous attribuer des chambres même s'il n'était pas prêtes et qu'on attendrait dans le corridor.....Hôtel pas préparé pour ce gros week end de course qui arrive à chaque année à la même date....Une seule personne pour les chek in alors qu'une 2e personne est derrière le comptoir !!!!! Des heures...

Kitchen spices seemed a little old and pepper was not provided. Water pump doesnt keep up with a long shower and my teen-age daughter was taking a shower when the water stopped suddenly.
