« The room was dirty the glass was not clean and we had a suite. The Tv in the sitting area didnât work. The pool was cold so we couldnât even use it . They staff cooked there and the food smelled the whole place up. The beds are not comfortable at all . Most likely wonât stay there again . »

« 1h d'attente pour le chek in pour se faire dire que nos 2 chambres ne sont pas prĂȘtes et on a voulu nous tasser pour donner des chambres prĂȘtes Ă d'autres clients .....J'ai refusĂ©....Je leur ai demandĂ© de nous attribuer des chambres mĂȘme s'il n'Ă©tait pas prĂȘtes et qu'on attendrait dans le corridor.....HĂŽtel pas prĂ©parĂ© pour ce gros week end de course qui arrive Ă chaque annĂ©e Ă la mĂȘme date....Une seule personne pour les chek in alors qu'une 2e personne est derriĂšre le comptoir !!!!! Des heures...

Pour avoir les clĂ©s il a fallu appeller mais nous sommes toujours tombĂ© sur le rĂ©pondeur. Pas de rĂ©ception. On a failli changer d hĂŽtel jusqu a ce que lâon contacte hĂŽtel.com pour nous dĂ©panner.
Sinon génial car plage privée et partager avec les autres chambres. »

« The rental property is in a quiet neighborhood close to the activities we enjoyed-AuSable canoe rentals, the beach and town. It was super clean and perfect for our one night stay for the two of us. Matthew was very accommodating offering us early check in and late check out. So nice. We would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. »
