„The cabin was great“

„Auf unserer Rundreise zur Sonnenfinsternis 2017 haben wir zwischen St. Louis und Memphis hier für eine Nacht halt gemacht, mit der Idee, uns die historische Altstadt von Cairo anzuschauen. Was uns vorher nicht bewusst war: Cairo ist fast ausgestorben, und noch noch bei Fotografen beliebt, die zerfallene Industrie- und Stadtruinen für ihre Fotos suchen. Nicht wirklich eine Touristen-Destination. Das einzige Hotel in der Gegend ist aber absolut einwandfrei. Wenn man schon in diese Gegend kommt, ...

„The receptionist was not friendly nor helpful. The building was under renovations which is obviously required. The room was recently painted and still had the odor in the room as well as chalk dust on baseboards, coat rack. The floors were dusty and bathroom there was garbage on the floor. The bedding and towels were fresh. Outdoors the entrance and exit doors were filthy and one exit door remained open? The majority of site had mattresses laying about.
