„Very welcoming and professional staff in general. Be carful though when leaving items with the concierge service. One of my two bags went missing, during 24 hours i got all kinds of contradictory explications. Bag was returned a day later - with items missing. Manager sent copy past style email, said the matter was important to him and then... nothing. I heard it was not the first time this happens - so be careful“

„A very nice hotel, even for European standards. A nice and helpful personal, as well as good food. Strong recommendation! “

„Alles wunderbar“

„The hotel is in the North, 30 min from the TNR airport. The indoor pool is small but pleasant, with a small gym (without weight machines) and a sauna and Hammam. BF was good enough. The Japanese Teppanyaki place was closed on Sun but we went later in the week and was pretty good but not spectacular. Our only issue was that after 3 stays at this hotel during our Madagascar trip, the hotel charged us for BF for one of us when they had told us it was included when we checked in. „Food at the restaurant was delicious. Staff was friendly and very helpful“

„The staff members are very friendly and supportive. There are supermarkets and resutaurants around the hotel, so the location is very good. Relatively, this hotel is very good and convinient.“
