« El proceso de check in fue todo confuso y se nos asigno 2 veces una habitacion que no era. No habia agua potable en la habitacion. No estaban las toallas completas. La griferia era de hotel de mas bajo nivel. No habia desayuno completo por falta de gas. Sin embargo el personal siempre trato de solucionar los problemas, aunque a veces sin exito. Ya no es el hotel al que estaba acostumbrado. »

The kitchen is equipped with top-quality utensils. We felt very safe thanks to the private parking and the camera surveillance system. « La Propiedad simplemente no esta en condiciones de recibir nungun huesped , Olia horrible, estaba sucio, AC no funcionaban, no hubo servicio de ahua durante horas, el anfitrion nunca respondia a tiempo, el personal de Vigilancia irritado, no se cumplio con las amenities, no se podia usas la piscina. Se tuvo que abandonar la propiedad y pasarnos a Paradaise Puerto La Cruz. Y para el toque final solo le reversaron 45% de mi dinero despues de tantos correos y llamadas que tuve que hacer....
