« Nice A frame cabin by an inland Marsh. No one to the left of the cabin, two cabins to the right. Cabin was clean and everything we needed was easy to locate. Patio is a nice size and you can bird watch easily. Lots of wildlife. Stairs up to the loft are steep but there is a grab bar and rails you can use. Beds were comfy and cabin didn’t take long to cool down or heat up. Restaurants nearby, beaches nearby, and other attractions nearby as well. Large kitchen table to play card/board games. There...

« I stayed at the keeper's house on Charity Island in mid-August with my parents, daughter, and nieces (ages 8-10). It's such a unique stay and very peaceful. The house is spacious and fairly well stocked, though we spent most of the time outside. There are two beach areas- one rocky and one sandy- and the water is shallow (<4 ft) quite a ways out, which was perfect for the kids. « Check In was extremely easy. We enjoyed the water especially the kayaks. The weather was amazing and we got to see the sun and moon rise. The property owner is very responsive and has many available items in the house to use. The only thing i would say is the water way is an easement and not so much a beach per say but it was still nice. »
